A. We are available for immediate response Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm JST. Please feel free to email us outside of our regular business hours. Please allow 24 hours to get back to you.

Q. Do you guarantee authenticity?

A. BRAND SHOP YOCHIKA has zero tolerance for counterfeit merchandise. We are experts in the brands that we sell, and all items are rigorously vetted by us for authenticity before being offered to our clients. We offer a hassle free full money back lifetime guarantee if an item is found to be inauthentic by a reputable independent authenticator.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. Express Mail Service (EMS) shipments typically arrive within one week. However, depending on the country the shipment is sent to and various conditions, arrival times may vary. Please be aware of this in advance.

Q. Can you please change the value amount listed on the package so it will not be stopped by customs?
可以請你們修改拖運金額以免我的商品被海關扣留嗎?
A. We're very sorry, but we cannot intentionally change the amount listed, so please keep this in mind in advance. Also, if the package is stopped by customs, payment of any taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

Q. Do you offer product repairs or maintenance?
